Некто по имени Монти Маззл приезжает в город якобы с добрыми намерениями — собрать денежные средства для ремонта собачьих будок. Но вскоре Громиту становится ясно, что дядечка не такой уж и хороший и вовсе не собирается нечего ремонтировать, а скорее планирует за счет собранных денег скупить инвестиции города. Дело за малым — остановить афериста и спасти друзей — собак.

A charity fair comes into town, run by Monty Muzzle, to raise money for a new dog shelter. After dealing with three strays in their home, Wallace and Gromit go to the fair with Wallace's new invention to create any flavor of ice cream. At the fair, Gromit discovers that Mr. Muzzle's intentions aren't exactly charitable and decides to do something about it! Along the way, Wallace gains the attention of an ardent admirer who mistakes the fastening nut he is holding as an engagement ring!
